Dr. Headphones: yam: all sorts of stuff, but mainly XM radio

LiliLamont: So, O'Fong, how do you like the O'Franken Factor?
The O'Fong Factor: We all took dollar bills outta his jockeys
cease: listening to air america, lili?
Dr. Headphones: bump and grind by phil? the mental picture annoys me for some reason
Freq Man: We were talking about that earlier Lili... I thought the show after Franken was superior...
The O'Fong Factor: Lili: I'm just glad to have the liberal point of view up and running
LiliLamont: Goddamn! The things I miss. Is he coming back?
The O'Fong Factor: Not soon
cease: sounded like firesign will be on it
LiliLamont: Yes, CAT. It's about fucking time there was an alternative to assholes like Rush.
cease: ive never heard him or oriley or any of that shit. why would i?
LiliLamont: Are you talking about Randi?
The O'Fong Factor: Know thine enemy for he is we
Freq Man: Lili... yes
The O'Fong Factor: Lili: Yes randi
cease: i heard firesign when it was just bergman's friends in 66. it's even more needed now
LiliLamont: No shit, cease? When will that be. I've gotta tune in and record.
LiliLamont: Pardon my pathetic punctuation, BTW.
cease: they're in negotiations, as phil says. you can read the log
Dave!: I tried to listen to Rush, my dad calls him a nazi
Dr. Headphones: dave, you have a smart dad
Dave!: I don't really care anyway
Dr. Headphones: i listened to rush one time. first thing i heard was "and, as usual, i was right." i turned it off right then, never went back
The O'Fong Factor: Dave: If you don't want a future that entails selling pencils on the street, you outta care
Freq Man: pencils are cool
The O'Fong Factor: and pointy too
cease: good point, fong
LiliLamont: Cease, you have no idea how lucky you are. I think I've heard 2-3 seconds of his rants, and I realized that it would rot my brain. What a fucked up sanctimonious asshole. Kind of like Bush, but with more charisma. I think....
Bubba's Brain: That was "As usual, I'm on the right", H
Freq Man: only the sharp ones...
klokwkdog: i don't have any problem with Rush, but I don't see any reason to listen to him. or air america or imus or stern. if i want talk, i'll watch CSPAN; they do quality stuff
cease: but he plays firesign on his show, so that means....
||||||||| It's 11:00 PM, and that means it's time to play BEAT THE REAPER! And here's how our contestants did:
||||||||| klokwkdoggonit! - dead from the yaws
||||||||| Better luck next time! And now, back to our chatroom, which is already in progress...
LiliLamont: Rush plays FST?????
The O'Fong Factor sings "Only the sharp ones, know the points I make"
cease: i watch the news not knowing what it will be but knowing a lot of it will be bummers
Freq Man: Klok... discourse in the raw
Bubba's Brain: wow, c, proof that firesign causes drug abuse.
LiliLamont: I stick to NPR and the NYT.
cease: what is cspan, klok?
klokwkdog: lili - he makes enough money to have a serious drug habit; think of him as an entertainer, preaching to a choir
LiliLamont: Quick, someone get me some drugs!
Dr. Headphones: or that drugs cause firesign abuse
||||||||| Catherwood enters the room, strikes a gong, and bellows "THE TIME IN NEW YORK IS 11 O'CLOCK", then silently exits.
Freq Man: I like Pacifica...
Dave!: I figure I'm too depressed to watch the news anyway, so I'm kinda out of touch
LiliLamont: True, Klok. What a fucking hypocrite. You've gotta love it.
klokwkdog: american cable channel triumvirate - cable TV vendors must contribute to support it. nominally they just show legislative sessions, but in between, great stuff
Freq Man: And the internet... I like pencils... pacifica and the internet...
cease: i dont listen to a bunch of yankess babbling cuz i got nothing else t listen to. this is actually interesting
Bubba's Brain: Too much firesign is never enough. I can stop listening any time I want....
LiliLamont: Aha! I hear the good doctor entering my abode! What ho!
cease: drugs cause firesing abuse. oh, i see.....
Freq Man: the doc is a ho?
Freq Man: yo?
klokwkdog: www.cspan.org cat -- with broadband, you can watch much of their stuff online; it's my backup if I miss a JPL Mars briefing like today's, for ezzample
The O'Fong Factor: Lili: The thing is is that even NPR and NYT and even (gasp) CPAN don't always cover some of the important stories...AAMerica goes out of its way to find those stories cause they always reflect badly on the adminstration
Dr. Headphones: hey, doc :)
LiliLamont: Uh, no.... He's really a nice guy. And as far as I can tell, pretty fucking devoted. A one woman man.
Bubba's Brain: ho ho ho
LiliLamont: Hang on, he should be here momentarily.
Freq Man: hmmm but Air America's only been on two days O'Fong... how can you say that after only two days... granted I listened... I've enjoyed it... but really
The O'Fong Factor: Freq: They had several items this afternoon that all the papers dodged
cease: we are listening to a work in progress
klokwkdog: oops, they don't have the 4/1 briefing, just last week's. anyway, most of the political stuff they put on TV is on this website, cat
Freq Man: so does the drudge report...
||||||||| With a theatrical clearing of his throat, Catherwood pipes up: "11:04 PM and late as usual, it's doctec, just back from Billville."
Dr. Headphones: not all the papers dodged, some of them forded
doctec: hi gang, sorry i'm late
The O'Fong Factor: Cat: Correct, and we can only hope that they'll get it together a bit more professionaly
cease: hey doc
Bubba's Brain: hey doc
doctec: it's been a long exposition, i'm exhausted
Freq Man: doc... anything going to Mark Time this year?
Dr. Headphones: tom, i said hi before you checked in here, but i'll repeat it again
klokwkdog: lili - my point was that Rush is just playing a part. I think he's going for the money and may not actually believe all he's putting on air
The O'Fong Factor: Hello Doc, glad to see you operating
klokwkdog: yeah, hi DT
Bubba's Brain: well I'm glad you're where you are now and not in your ex-position.
Dave!: heyya doc
The O'Fong Factor: Klok: I tend to agrre, He is considered a great broadcaster..not the same as a great political thinker
Dr. Headphones: 11pm in the eastern zone, i'm gonna check out. see everyone next time. g'nite
doctec: i had so much stuff to do before taking off for the billiards expo last week that i neglected to pack the laptop i got from the office, so i couldn't get onto chat last thursday night
Freq Man: See the thing about Air America is they're going to HAVE to sell ads... they may not be about all the profit... but they're still going to have to meet their operating costs.
klokwkdog: nite ken
The O'Fong Factor: Gosh Ken: That's pretty abrupt
Dr. Headphones: dex: yawns are chasing me, about to catch
cease: by kend
Freq Man: night
The O'Fong Factor: Freq: You're right. Just hope they can find enough liberal moeny to keep going with the same belligerence they've shown so far
klokwkdog: yeah, ash, but what good is having a liberal outlet also ranting to its choir?? it's a waste of time to me
||||||||| Dr. Headphones leaves at 11:07 PM, singing "Oh, I'm just a little fishy, floating in the sea, and there ain't no hook that's smart enough to catch the likes of me..."
doctec: man i have just been so balls to the wall busy these last 2-3 weeks... i feel like i barely have time to catch my breath
cease: here
Freq Man: hello doctec...
The O'Fong Factor: Doc: Turn around
Freq Man: what nice breaths you have
cease: are you listening to air america?
doctec: has anybody heard the majority report on air america yet? i've caught some of o'franken and randi rhodes, not exactly riveting but still a lot better than most alternatives
cease: bad place for balls, doc
doctec: tell me about it cease
Freq Man: unless they're trophy balls
The O'Fong Factor goes for refill
cease: most of yesterdays, half of todays.
klokwkdog: put the balls on the Other Side, DT!
Freq Man: AHHHH... yes...
cease: i can definitely see this as a place for firesign
klokwkdog: look at 'em spin now!
doctec: re billiards expo - the bad news: i didn't make it past the 1st round of the 9-ball tournament. the good news: i won a $760 cue in a $10 raffle - it a real beaut, too bad it doesn't come with an instruction manual though :)
klokwkdog wonders what can the Cat mean? Of course it are!
cease: if it crashes, they have nothing to lose. if it kicks large planets, it will do so with their considerable assitance
cease: good for you in cue land, doc. too bad about non win
doctec: i knew something was up numerologically speaking when the room # at the hotel was 414 (4+1+4 = 9) and the number i drew for the tournament was 909
klokwkdog: sheesh, it won't take over the house like the high-speed vibrating clubs, will it DT?
doctec: klok: no, it's just taking over my life is all .. :)
Bubba's Brain: ... da da da da won after 909....
cease: i thought it was the vibrating clocks. there time has come again
klokwkdog: what, is it one of those German cues with all manner of machinery inside?
cease: oh fuck, now they're starting to play music
Freq Man: schlock absorbers
Bubba's Brain: pick up your cues out of the cellophane...
Freq Man: they can't talk forever... can they?
klokwkdog: must be my tune, Cat. the Akita is looking at me suspiciously (and I'm listening to KEXP...)
Freq Man: well... I suppose I should, could, better move along...
The O'Fong Factor: Klok: Do you have a dog now?
cease: sounds like the dead intro to franken factor
klokwkdog: no, but the owners left me as lunch or something over here
cease: i cant get up that early, so its nice to hear this at night
The O'Fong Factor: Man, Akitas are a handful and more...they are some serious dog
klokwkdog: sheesh, this thing has my shoe half off. i think we're going for a walk
Dave!: uh, what is on Skybird?
Freq Man: Good night everyone...
klokwkdog: very sweet dog, but now it wants to go out in pouring rain and sniff for awhile
klokwkdog: bye folks
||||||||| klokwkdog leaves at 11:15 PM, singing "Oh, I'm just a little fishy, floating in the sea, and there ain't no hook that's smart enough to catch the likes of me..."
The O'Fong Factor: Why does the Skybird stream its message in the air
cease: by klok
cease: freq
Bubba's Brain: to get to the other side?
doctec: they're dropping life files (he says, lysdexically)
The O'Fong Factor: Dave: Skybird directory is down...maybe they'll back announce
Bubba's Brain: dyslexia for cure found!
cease: good one, bub
Dave!: yeah there's no way to see what they've played in winamp, is there anyway to tell?
The O'Fong Factor: The eyes have it
The O'Fong Factor: None I know of Dave
Dave!: oh well
Dave!: people ducked out early eh? quack
cease: you folks think this liberal network will last?
The O'Fong Factor: Bubba: Keep us informed about how your doing with Lodestone. I think it's an important resource for Audio material
Dave!: liberal network? hmmm....
cease: certainly for mine
The O'Fong Factor: Cat: Indeed
cease: or progressive as they say these days
Bubba's Brain: Sure will, Dex.
Dave!: yeah it's too bad the mainstream "" is so full of garbage
doctec: i think it's too early to tell whether air america will last
The O'Fong Factor: Cat: We can but hope and myabe occasionaly by the products
Dave!: I mean, people just wouldn't get FST stuff, it's sophisticated, can't spell that, it's totally different than the usual formulaic comedy out there
doctec: i think it's gonna be a while and take some format tweaking before they hit their stride
cease: ok, but many, many of you folks have appeared in my productions, from austin on
doctec: i think peter bergman would make an excellent on-air dj/host on the new network though
cease: so i see an opportunity here, and if i see it, so do y'all
The O'Fong Factor: So far at least, they've had a fairly impressive list of callers and well wishers
cease: indeed, doc
cease: obvious
doctec: he's liberal, articulate and sees through a lot of the bullsh*t
cease: put the shit back in sh't
The O'Fong Factor: Was delighted to hear Bob Elliot yesterday as 'ly Ballou
Bubba's Brain: We're bullsh on america.....
cease: too bad ausitn isnt here to contribute to ths conversatoin. but i think he's happy about the tribute to him tonight
cease: wasnt that a trip?
cease: phil procotr is a product of bob and ray
Dave!: how did that all come about? the tribute I mean
cease: as phil austin is of la radio at the same time
The O'Fong Factor: They gave Austin 3 ears of corn as tribute and he didn't have to give them 3 beakers of chemicals
cease: ask merl
The O'Fong Factor: ..although he offered
cease: some people know about that, and the rest of us dont', but you can probably do a search on previous chatrs
The O'Fong Factor: Looks like Phil will be here/not here all night
Bubba's Brain thinks someone oughtta re-write Creeque Alley with lyrics about the start of the Firesign....
Dave!: well guys, think I'll sign off, I'm actually starting to fall asleep and it's like 9:20 here
doctec: he probably left his pc on and the chat thing up in his browser after he left - would expect there'll be some kind of party afterward, so he might check in again at 3am est
The O'Fong Factor: "Pete and PHillie, just a-getting silly.....
doctec: when do we cut over to eastern daylight time anyway?
Bubba's Brain: Exactly, Dex...
cease: how's it goin, doc?
Dave!: might check back later, if not, g'night all
Bubba's Brain springs forward.
||||||||| Dave! leaves at 11:27 PM, singing "Oh, I'm just a little fishy, floating in the sea, and there ain't no hook that's smart enough to catch the likes of me..."
The O'Fong Factor: Night Dave...keep swingin'
cease: by dave
doctec: cat: it took a day or two to adjust to a work schedule after the billiards expo
cease: i would expect
doctec: they started a new thing this year: after midnight, you can play pool on the nice 7-foot tournament tables all night for a flat $10 fee
cease: or wood
The O'Fong Factor: Kept chalking up your finger?
cease: tiger, tigress
The O'Fong Factor: Burning, right..........
doctec: my buddy al mcneal and i played from midnight until 6am friday night, and again midnight until 3:30am saturday night
cease: i have to keep remembering to turn the volume back on withi air america
Bubba's Brain fears symmetry.
cease: wow
The O'Fong Factor: Cat: YOu getting that from Portland?
||||||||| It's 11:30 PM, and that means it's time to play BEAT THE REAPER! And here's how our contestants did:
||||||||| Freq Man - dead from pneumonia
||||||||| Better luck next time! And now, back to our chatroom, which is already in progress...
doctec: i'm still sleep deprived, looking fwd to getting caught up on sleep and a lot of other things this weekend
The O'Fong Factor: or from on line?
cease: yes
Bubba's Brain: Is that palindromiphobia?
doctec: i expected the i-95 bridge problems to make my commutes really bad this week (i assume some if not all of you know about the fuel tanker that caught fire and melted a chunk of i-95 near where i live about a week ago)
cease: online from portland station
doctec: but as it turned out, a combination of factors (trucks having to take alternate routes, my intimate knowledge of the local roads here) made the commutes pretty bearable
doctec: that was one bonus
The O'Fong Factor: What was the other?
The O'Fong Factor: or others?
The O'Fong Factor: Boni, that is
cease: he says this gives me an idea. how firesonian is that?
||||||||| Dave sneaks in around 11:34 PM, trying to avoid Catherwood because of last week's "unpleasant incident."
The O'Fong Factor: Dave: You're up!
cease: ok, we can do this, eh?
Dave: decided to come back
The O'Fong Factor: Cat: Huh?
cease: no, really, fong. you and the usual crew thursday nights can put together sometrhing that can get on this netowork, eh?>
cease: in what sense am i wrong, dex?
cease: this is firesign plus harry shearer plus paul krassner plus everybody who has any kinda talent to do this kinda thing and really want to do it.
The O'Fong Factor: Cat: Having difficulty following you...did you leave something out or did I miss something
cease: i'm listengin to air america as i type, dex
doctec: shearer already has his own forum with 'le show' - getting him interested in doing something on air america may be a hard sell
Dave: where can I listen to this?
doctec: but in genreal i think it's a good idea - the fledgling network can probably use any & all material they can get their hands on, as long as they don't have to pay too much
doctec: so cat, i assume you're suggesting putting together taped bits for them?
cease: if the station keeps on the air, he'll be interested, dont you think, doc?
cease: he's al;ready on lots of netwroks
doctec: submitting them to the network 'cold' as it were?
The O'Fong Factor: Ah...well, I think, or believe at any rate that while they have no problem with being funny and goofing around, they'd prefer to be seen as a serious liberal news outlet, and I have a lot of difficulty staying serious for any length of time
doctec: i thought shearer was only on npr stations
cease: no he's on tons of others, including military
cease: the ads on this are so armed forces radio.
doctec: i think npr is the main distributor of the show to those affiliates - npr signs his paychecks
The O'Fong Factor: Also, they would seem to need highly topical stuff which precludes a long pre=production time etc
cease: paychecks? he says he does it for free
doctec: dex: well, if everyone in this chat could set themselves up with a way of capturing decent quality audio (minimal background noise and room echo, good quality mics etc) then i think cat is right - all dialog recordings could be uploaded to a central location, assembled and submitted to air america on the cheap through the miracle of the internet
cease: wasnt that phil austins idea, doc?
cease: if the lads can do it, we can contriubute to it, is my point
The O'Fong Factor: Doc: =) Sounds great but.......I think what they want/need is if something comes outta the White House on the 6 pm news, they wanna be all over it by the morning
doctec: cat: yeah, for the firesigns - but i think getting all four to log into the chat and bandy about ideas through their computer keyboards was akin to herding cats
doctec: dex: are you saying you don't think we could pull it off? i think we could, if we put our minds to it
cease: yes doc, but they can now hear what is happening with franken et all, and think to themselves, yeah, we can do this
The O'Fong Factor: Doc: Agree...Now maybe if they had a weekly segment, 5 or 10 minutes, that might be feasible
Dave: ah, found the air america website
doctec: who
doctec: who's 'they', cat?
doctec: the fireguys?
cease: the firesgins
cease: austin was looking for the staton when he was on earlier
Dave: brb
cease: i think this will happen, doc
doctec: i'm sure they could do a live show, a la their xm radio gig - the trick is to get them in one place on a regular basis, which is quite problematic these days
The O'Fong Factor: Doc: I think that pulling it off (hmm, that sounds familiar) is a lot easier said than done...look at your schedule for instance, and mine is not so much better in terms of free time
||||||||| Dave leaves at 11:46 PM, singing "Oh, I'm just a little fishy, floating in the sea, and there ain't no hook that's smart enough to catch the likes of me..."
cease: they need product, and firesign, if so interested, can provide
cease: no, not in one place at one time. at their phones
cease: compters, whatever
doctec: well, this is something we'd obviously have to make time for, i'd quit a couple of my pool league teams if you all were really serious about this. my experience pulling together red shift in the time frame i did has shown me that i can produce quick one-off audio bits very quickly if the need were there
doctec: cat: the phone call in thing does not work to my ears - it's just not the same when proctor and bergman are live in the studio and austin & ossman are phoning in
cease: doc, i cannot speak for anyone but me.
doctec: they all need to be in the studio at the same time for it to work imho
cease: i agree. the phone call in thing is annoying. i hated it wtih bergman in 6 and hate it now
cease: ok, then that is unlikely unless large sums of money are drifted their ways, i suspect
||||||||| Dave waltzes in at 11:49 PM carrying an obsidian door knocker.
The O'Fong Factor: Doc: I'd agree, as i said a regular weekly 5 or 10 minute segment would seem the best way for them to do it if they wanted to
Bubba's Brain: i'm not trying to fade here, just doin it.
The O'Fong Factor: Which would preclude highly topical stuff, although there's plenty of politcal humor that doesn't need to be up to the minute
doctec: yes dex - true
cease: this network needs product. the firesign can do it, if inspired, paid, etc
doctec: payment precludes inspiration in this case i think
||||||||| Outside, the 11:51 PM downtown bus from Funfun Town pulls away, leaving mrmuckle coughing in a cloud of diesel fumes.
cease: are they that poor?
doctec: the guys aren't gonna do something like this out of the kindness of our hearts that's for sure
cease: hey muck
mrmuckle: hakhakhak
doctec: hey muckler
The O'Fong Factor: Cat: I'm not so sure that the network views itself as a "Humor" network per se, although certainly right now, they're playing that card heavily
mrmuckle: Howdy y'all
The O'Fong Factor: Hi Mr. Muckle, Honey
doctec: no, not that poor - but also not willing to expend energy on something unless they get paid what they consider a fair wage for the effort, and i am not sure air america has the budget yet
cease: ok, o. i can se your point
mrmuckle: teeheehee
cease: but its good to think in the future
cease: a fair fro all, and no fair to ...
cease: a fair fro all, and no fair to ...
doctec: yes i agree. well, i am fading fast - gotta take off and get some shuteye
The O'Fong Factor: 'ere's an echo in hree
The O'Fong Factor: Good to see you again Doc
doctec: i'm glad i was able to pop in for a little while
cease: shu them eyes, doc
doctec: should be here next week at closer to regular time
The O'Fong Factor: Also Night to a Faded Lili
doctec: have a better one - lili says good night all - and nytol from me too (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...........
||||||||| doctec leaves at 11:54 PM, singing "Oh, I'm just a little fishy, floating in the sea, and there ain't no hook that's smart enough to catch the likes of me..."
Bubba's Brain: nite doc
cease: off you sleep
||||||||| At 11:54 PM, LiliLamont vanishes mysteriously -- just as Nino the Mind Boggler predicted!
The O'Fong Factor: I'm outta here too, time to move the car...Night Bub, Cat, Dave, and MM
mrmuckle: gunnite!
Bubba's Brain: Cat -- you get my email earlier. Wasn't sure if I had your correct/current address.
Dave: yeah things seem to be breakin' up so I guess I'll call it a night as well
||||||||| The O'Fong Factor leaves at 11:56 PM, singing "Oh, I'm just a little fishy, floating in the sea, and there ain't no hook that's smart enough to catch the likes of me..."
Dave: bye all again
||||||||| Dave leaves at 11:56 PM, singing "Oh, I'm just a little fishy, floating in the sea, and there ain't no hook that's smart enough to catch the likes of me..."
mrmuckle: bye dave
mrmuckle: well. I'm gonna make like a hockey player and get the puck outta here....Nite all..........
||||||||| mrmuckle departs at 12:00 AM, singing "Toad away, toad away; toad away, toad away! Where do you go when you're toad away?"
Bubba's Brain: Cat -- you get my email earlier. Wasn't sure if I had your correct/current address.
cease: by dave
Bubba's Brain: nite mrm.
cease: no bub
Bubba's Brain: what is your addy.
||||||||| Catherwood walks in wearing his pyjamas, yawns, and mumbles "It's midnight here in New York city"...then he falls over and starts snoring loudly..
cease: i don t think i can do this bub. will have to figure out how by next week
Bubba's Brain: Okay... nite then.
||||||||| Bubba's Brain leaves at 12:03 AM, singing "Oh, I'm just a little fishy, floating in the sea, and there ain't no hook that's smart enough to catch the likes of me..."
||||||||| It's 12:10 AM, and that means it's time to play BEAT THE REAPER! And here's how our contestants did:
||||||||| cease - dead from jaundice
||||||||| Better luck next time! And now, back to our chatroom, which is already in progress...
||||||||| Catherwood enters the room, strikes a gong, and bellows "THE TIME IN NEW YORK IS 1 O'CLOCK", then silently exits.
||||||||| Catherwood enters the room, strikes a gong, and bellows "THE TIME IN NEW YORK IS 2 O'CLOCK", then silently exits.
||||||||| Outside, the 2:41 AM downtown bus from Funfun Town pulls away, leaving Johnny Piano coughing in a cloud of diesel fumes.
Johnny Piano: Phil, you still here?
Johnny Piano: You're fadin' fast...
Johnny Piano: How was the show? Did you go?
Johnny Piano: Guess I've just missed you...hope it was fun...curious what Rundgren did.
Johnny Piano: Good night...er, morning!
||||||||| Johnny Piano departs at 2:44 AM, singing "Toad away, toad away; toad away, toad away! Where do you go when you're toad away?"
||||||||| Outside, the 2:48 AM downtown bus from Funfun Town pulls away, leaving Dr. Headphones coughing in a cloud of diesel fumes.
Dr. Headphones: ah, the miracles of cats who think they are alarm clocks :)
Dr. Headphones: phil? i guess you're not back from the party yet. hope it went well
Dr. Headphones: johnny, i missed you by minutes. if catherwood wasn't fast, you'd be here now
Dr. Headphones: ok, i've talked to myself enough. will check email, try going to bed. this time i might even SHUT THE DAMNED DOOR so the cats can't get in!
Dr. Headphones: ta ta for now
||||||||| Dr. Headphones leaves at 2:51 AM, singing "Oh, I'm just a little fishy, floating in the sea, and there ain't no hook that's smart enough to catch the likes of me..."
||||||||| Catherwood enters the room, strikes a gong, and bellows "THE TIME IN NEW YORK IS 3 O'CLOCK", then silently exits.
||||||||| Catherwood enters the room, strikes a gong, and bellows "THE TIME IN NEW YORK IS 4 O'CLOCK", then silently exits.
Phil Austin: Austin gets home and signs off now. What a weird experience.
||||||||| "4:15 AM? I'm late!" exclaims Phil Austin, who then runs out through the french doors and down through the garden.
||||||||| Catherwood enters, and announces to all and sundry "It's 4:32 AM, time to change the log file and clean out unused rooms; please exit the chat room for a minute or two. Thank you for your patience."
